Saltire Roofing & Building has hit its ultimate target of 100% customer satisfaction!

Our latest quality management report shows that in March, just before lockdown, every single one of the 68 customers we spoke to was entirely happy with our work.

The QMS International system has been carefully measuring satisfaction levels for our company over the last two and a half years, and the results are purely based on customer feedback.

During that time, 2,611 people have filled out a customer care card or taken part in our telephone survey and a very impressive average of 98.5% were totally satisfied.

Our team continuously strives to ensure all customers are completely content on every job, and in March that monumental 100% satisfaction target was achieved.

Since then, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, Saltire Roofing & Building has been operating with a skeleton staff to cover trade emergencies only, for our key clients.
